Are you mobile?
Yes, our goal is to make smartphone repair a convenient, reliable, and deliverable service. Wobot's repair service offers mobile and deliverable service, straight to you. If you are within 18 miles of South Salt Lake, delivery is $35. Just give us a call or shoot us a text and we can give you an exact quote.
What are your hours?
While I work a day job between 8am and 5pm, I am generally able to take appointments as soon and after 5:30pm, as well as on weekends and odd hours. Give me a call, I'm usually around.
Do you fix other brands?
Absolutely, I work on Pixels, OnePlus, LG, among others. Just text or call me for a quote. Make sure to have your phone's model number ready.
Wobot repaired his first smartphone in 2009. Between 2011 and 2015 he worked with Diamond Wireless as head of operations while they opened their first repair center. While there, he received formal training from the Wireless Repair Training Center in New York City. Then in 2016, he began operating independently and in 2018 he worked a six month contract doing mobile repairs for Asurion, the largest phone insurance provider in the nation. In addition to his electronics repair certification, Wobot earned an engineering degree from The University of Utah in 2017, then later became a Fixt certified technician in 2018 (www.linkedin.com/in/wobot). What if its late and I really need him?
We know you're busy from nine to five. Wobot is a real human being and always has a phone on him, go ahead and call, text, email, or message through one of our social media profiles. If you still cant reach him, rest assured that someone will quickly get back to you.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, and this is the best part. Wobot installs only the best quality parts in the market. Therefore, all parts and labor are warranted against defects for the lifetime of the part. If you believe any product or service you have purchased has a defect in material or workmanship or has failed during normal use during the lifetime of the part, please contact us immediately for assistance.
