Do you have a physical location?
Yes, we are located in South Salt Lake at 2583 S West Temple. It is good to note that we work by appointment. So make sure to BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, or call ahead before heading over.
Are you mobile?
Yes, we travel all over town. $49 delivers service right at your door in most of the salt lake valley. Though most simple repairs can be done at the location of your choice, other repairs such as iPhone back glass repairs and iPad repairs can only be done in house.
What are your hours?
Wobot is open early and after regular hours. We’re open on Sundays and on holidays. Bottom line is there is no set schedule, but we seem to be open when the other guys aren’t.
Do you offer a warranty?
We most certainly do. Honestly, I don’t know where we’d be if we didn’t. Our warranty is the reason we are able to stand out so well and, after years in business, we continue to be the best in town. If you suspect we may have damaged something during the procedure, or that the screen installed is defective from the manufacturer, please let us know as soon as possible so we can correct the situation.
It started with a broken iPhone 3G and a YouTube video. Then it evolved from there.
In the phone industry I’ve worked with two national phone insurance providers you may have hear about; Asurion and Diamond Wireless. Outside of the phone industry, I’ve worked in copper mining, the pool industry, and with architectural glass. I have a certificate from the Wireless Repair Training Center in New York and two degrees from The University of Utah. I’ve helped develop and test electronic firepits and automatic pool covers, designed hardware for custom glass installations, & fixed over 20,000 phones in the meantime.
I started Wobot because I wanted to be able to take my dog to work with me, but it was quite obvious the industry was in need of a catalyst when I stepped in. In the last eight years I’ve worked tirelessly to chisel a reputation you can now rely on.
